Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information Barspan IT Solutions (“Barspan”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have. If you have questions, email info@barspan.us.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you request an audit, use the plan builder or contact us, you may give us your name, company, website, industry, city and state, business email, phone number, your goals and the problem you want solved. If you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we receive whatever you choose to send.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and time). We use them for security and reliability. This site stores two small items in your browser: your theme choice (light or dark) and a flag that the intro animation has already played. Neither is used to track you across sites.

Analytics. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. We have prepared basic event measurement (for example, which buttons are used). If we turn on an analytics service we will name it here and update our cookie preferences page first.

Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address and browser information.

2. How we use information

• To respond to your request and prepare your audit or proposal.
• To contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about that request.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

3. How we share information

We share information with service providers who help us run the site and communicate with you (for example hosting and email providers), only as needed to provide those services. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business.

4. WhatsApp and phone

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply to that conversation. We will use your number only to respond to you and to follow up on your request. Tell us to stop and we will.

5. Retention

We keep enquiry and audit information for as long as needed to respond and to keep a reasonable business record, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), input validation and access limits. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (including California and other US states), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to access it, correct it, delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email info@barspan.us from the address you used with us. We may need to verify your identity, and we aim to respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of their authority.

8. Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International processing

Our team works from several countries, including India, and our providers may process data in other countries. By contacting us you understand your information may be processed outside your country of residence, with the protections described here.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows the latest version.
