These terms govern your use of the Barspan website. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
1. Information only
Content on this site is general information about our services. It is not legal, financial, security or other professional advice, and it does not create a client relationship by itself.
2. Free AI Revenue Leak Audit
The audit is a review based on publicly available information and on what you tell us. It is provided “as is” to help you decide whether to work with us. Findings are observations and opportunities, not guarantees of results. We do not publish or generate scores without supporting evidence.
3. Services
Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement that sets scope, fees and responsibilities. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls.
4. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site: no unlawful activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no automated scraping that burdens the service, and no submitting information that is false or belongs to someone else without permission.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, code and graphics belong to Barspan or its licensors. You may view and share links to the site, but you may not copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
The site may link to third-party sites and services (such as WhatsApp). We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we do not promise any particular business outcome.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Barspan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Barspan entity that contracts with you, as stated in your service agreement. For website use without an agreement, the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barspan IT Solutions is established apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
